Practice Profile

Our focus is on taking the time to listen and care for our patients, whom we treat as individuals. We provide a unique dental experience which aims to give our patients complete satisfaction. As soon as you enter, our welcoming friendly staff will put you at ease and make you comfortable. They are always readily available to answer any questions you may have.
We are multi surgery practice including 2 ground floor surgeries with a large car park at the rear of the practice accessed via Wolverhampton street, There is a designated disabled parking area and wheelchair access at the rear.


Enderjit Hayer GDC 69791

Enderjit Hayer Graduated from Cardiff University in 1993 with a dentistry degree, he has been providing dental care for nearly 20 years. He is the Principal Dentist at the practice and Regular attends courses, conferences and practical based teaching has kept him up to the minutue. He provides all aspects of NHS dental care, together with private treatment. My Hayer is also an approved trainer for the West Midlands Foundation Training Scheme for General Dntal Practice. he is also an active member of the local Dental Commitee and the British Dental ASsociation.

Ruppinder Hayer GDC 72189

Ruppinder Hayer graduated from Birmingham Dental School in 1996 with a dentistry degree, she is married to Enderjit and have been in joint partnership for 15 years and has developed a wealth of experience carrying out general dental services. Her particular interest is dealing with nervous patients.

Kay Hayer GDC 79564

Kay Hayer graduated from Manchester university in 2001 with a dentistry degree, Kay completed her MFGDP qualification in 2001, after her vocational training year. She works as an associate in the practice and concentrates solely on our NHS Children's Orthodontics list, she also carries out Private Adult Orthodontics too.
She is currently a member of the Midland Orthodontic society, which supports her ongoing professional development.

Mrs Shalini Balachander GDC 188260

Shalini Balachander graduated from Pondicherry University in 2000 with a Dentistry degree and did the house surgeon-ship in the same University. She completed her ORE - statutory qualifying  exam in the UK, in 2010. She did her vocational training and then worked as an associate dentist in Crewe. She moved to Hayers Dental Surgery in 2013 to work as an associate dentist. she has enormous talent and has plenty of experience in all sorts of dental services.

Dental Care Professional (DCP)

All dental nurse supports the dentist in all aspects of patient care, this includes getting the appropriate instruments ready, mixing materials and ensuring patient comfort. They will also take notes from dentists dictation for records and once the patient has left, the dental nurse tidies the surgery and sterilises all of the instruments.
In general practice, sometimes the dental nurse may help with reception work - making appointments, taking payments, dealing with paperwork and meeting and reassuring patients. All staff are trained to a high standard and duty of care is exceptional.
